By using https://ai-studio.in or engaging AI Studio for work, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or our services.

Services

We design and build AI websites, AI web applications, AI agents, WhatsApp automation, business process automation, Python and AI solutions, and custom software. The exact scope of any engagement is defined in the written proposal or agreement for that project.

Quotes and proposals

Prices and estimates shown on this website are indicative. A quote becomes binding only when issued in writing for a defined scope and accepted by you. Changes to scope may change price and schedule.

Client responsibilities

• Provide accurate information, content and access needed for the work.
• Give timely feedback and approvals at each agreed stage.
• Hold the necessary rights to any material you supply to us.
• Nominate a decision-maker who can sign off deliverables.

Intellectual property

Website content, branding and materials published by AI Studio remain ours. On full payment, ownership of project deliverables transfers to you as set out in the project agreement. We retain rights to our pre-existing tools, libraries and general know-how, and may reuse them on other work.

Payments

Payment milestones, currency and invoicing terms are stated in the project agreement. Deliverables remain subject to agreed commercial terms, including release on payment of the relevant milestone. Third-party costs such as hosting, model usage or messaging fees are billed at cost unless stated otherwise.

Revisions

Each project includes a defined number of revision rounds within the agreed scope. Work beyond that scope is quoted separately before it starts.

Project timelines

Project timelines depend on client approvals and information provided. Dates in a proposal assume timely responses; delays in feedback, content or third-party access move the schedule accordingly.

Third-party services

Solutions may rely on third-party platforms such as cloud hosting, messaging providers, analytics and AI model providers. Those services are governed by their own terms, pricing and availability, and we are not responsible for changes they make.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from a project is limited to the fees paid for that project. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits, lost data or business interruption.

Confidentiality

Each party keeps the other party's non-public business information confidential and uses it only for the purpose of the engagement.

Termination

Either party may end an engagement in writing. You remain responsible for work completed and costs committed up to the termination date.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction over any dispute.
